This is a brilliant way to make your meat very soft and appetizing.
This recipe will be loved even from those who do not like eating meat very much .
I generally serve it with Pilaf rice.
- Sliced turkey Breast thin cut
- Strong white flour
- ½ Stock cube (meat or
- Boiling hot water
Coat with the flour the slices of turkey and cook them in a frying pan where you have previously melted some butter.
When both the sides of the turkey are golden brown cover them with boiling water and the stock cube.
Let all cook until the water is completely evaporated and the meat is in a delicious creamy sauce.
If you like the flavour of lemon, instead of the stock you can add the juice of half a lemon. The result will be equally creamy and tasty.
