This cake with lemon is incredibly easy to make!
In Italy we love having biscuits or cakes for breakfast.
During the week is more common eating something bought from shops, but o Sundays it is just lovely to have the time to actually bake a healthy and delicious cake!
Is there anything better then waking up your family with the smell of a homemade delicacy?
- 200g of plain flour
- 200g of caster sugar
- 3 eggs
- 60g of butter
- 150ml of milk
- 1 lemon grated peel
- baking powder
Start mixing the eggs with the sugar then the others ingredients (add the milk slowly to better amalgamate everything).
Pour the mix in a baking pan covered with baking paper and cook at 180°for 35 minutes
