A very easy recipe to make your See Bass. A new, simple and tasty dish!

Every 2 people

  • 2 Sea Bass (or Gilthead)cleaned
  • 1 Lemon
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • white wine vinegar
  • parsley
  • salt

Place the fish in a deep baking dish.
Chop the parsley and place it in the fish's cavity.
Cover it with the juice of a lemon, the same amount of extra virgin olive oil and white wine vinegar.
Adjust with salt.
Bake at 180 for 25-30 minutes.
