Perfect as starter for a dinner with friends, this dish is a real treat also for your family’s tea!
Whenever you feel to deserve something special this rustic brioche will not disappoint you!

  • 250g of strong white flour
  • 1 tea spoon of dry yeast
  • 1 tea spoon of sugar
  • 25g of butter
  • ˝ tea spoon of salt
  • 2 medium sized eggs
  • 10ml of milk
  • 70ml of water
  • 100g of cheddar cheese
  • 80g of milano salami

In a food mixer thinly chop the cheddar and the salami then add all the others ingredients and mix all together to obtain a nice and soft ball dough.
If the dough is too loose add more flour, if too hard add more milk.
Choose the shape you want to give to your brioche (see photos), model the dough and place it in a lightly greased brioche baking tin.
Cover and leave rising for a couple of hours or until the dough has doubled in size.
Bake at 190° for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm or cold.
