Tired of the usual way to make your pork loin?
This delicious recipe is an alternative that will be loved from your family.
Creamy and tasty this pork loin is absolutely mouth watering!

  • thinly cut pork loin slices
  • pancetta slices or streaky
  • flour
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • stock cube (vegetable)
  • wooden toothpicks

Lightly pound the pork loins with the meat mallet and then cut them in rectangles (about 4cm X 6cm).
Cover each rectangle with a slice of pancetta or streaky bacon (see pictures).
Fold or roll the pork (see pictures) and fix everything with a wooden toothpick.
Coat your rolls with flour and start cooking them, both sides, in a frying pan with little oil.
When brown half cover them with boiling water and add the stock cube.
Let all cook (both sides) until the water is completely evaporated and the rolls are in a delicious creamy sauce.
Serve immediately.
