Pasta with seafood is a classic of the Italian cuisine and this very easy dish is incredibly tasty.
Try this recipe and in no time you and your family will be able to appreciate the flavour of the sea!

Every 2 people

  • 200g of Linguine or spaghetti
  • 1 tray of seafood selection
    (300g already cooked)
  • 1 chilli pepper(optional)
  • 1 clove of garlic (peeled)
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 table spoons of parsley
    (chopped)

In a large frying pan brown the garlic and the chilli in 5 table spoons of olive oil, then remove them and add the seafood together with the parsley. Let it cook for 3 4 minutes.
Boil the pasta in salted water, when ready drain and put it in the frying pan to let it flavouring.
Serve immediately.
