Prawns and courgettes - zucchini is just the perfect combination!
This pasta recipe is easy and refined at the same time, a delicacy for any occasion!

Every 2 people

  • 200g of spaghetti or linguine
  • 4-5 baby courgettes
  • 180g of prawns (ready to eat)
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic (peeled)
  • salt and pepper

In your mixer put the courgettes with a little of warm water and make a cream.
In a frying pan brown the garlic and then remove it.
Pour in frying pan your courgettes cream and let it cook for 5 minutes then add the prawns and let everything cook for another 3 minutes.Adjust with salt and pepper.
In salted water cook the spaghetti and when ready drain and put them in the frying pan.
Stir well, let flavouring and serve immediately.
