Are you late for tea? Here for you the quickest dinner ever!
Carbohydrates and proteins all in one dish, your children will simply eat it up…just like mine!

Every 3-4 people

  • 300g of fusilli pasta
  • 300ml of double cream
  • 50g of cheddar cheese
  • 30 g of parmigiano reggiano
  • black pepper

Start boiling the fusilli in salted water.
Meanwhile pour the cream in a frying pan and melt in it the cheddar cheese at low flame, add also some pepper.
When ready, drain the fusilli and straight away mix them with the cheesy cream, add the parmigiano, stir again and serve immediately (leave the pepper on the table if anybody wants more of it).
