I love artichokes! Unfortunately it is very difficult to find them in England, but luckily in the supermarkets you can buy jars of artichokes marinated in oil and still make very tasty pasta.
Just one advice, serve it as soon as ready!
Every 2 people
- 1 jar of artichokes marinated
- 200g of linguine or spaghetti
- 1 clove of garlic (peeled)
- extra virgin olive oil
- black pepper
Start boiling the spaghetti in salted water.
Meanwhile brown the garlic in a frying pan with 4 table spoons of olive oil and then remove it.
Drain the artichokes and transfer them in the frying pan. Let them flavouring for few minutes at a low flame, adjust with pepper.
When ready drain the pasta and pour it in the frying pan, accurately mix everything and serve immediately.
