This side dish is a perfect match with any kind of meat.
Easy to make can be prepared in advance and heated up at the moment to serve it.
Every 4 people
- 500g of white mushrooms
- 1 clove of garlic (peeled)
- 2 sprigs of parsley
- 2 table spoons of extra virgin
Carefully clean and wash the mushrooms, if you have time you can remove the thin film on the head of the mushroom, this will make much easier to get rid of all the earth.
Wash, dry and chop the parsley leaves.
In a pan with the oil fry the garlic until golden brown and then remove it.
Add the mushrooms and let them cook, they will gradually release water.
Remember to stir every few minutes.
Add two or three pinches of salt and the parsley.
The mushrooms will be ready when all the water will be evaporated.
