When I made this dish the first time, my husband said he had never eaten a more delicious and tender lamb in his life!

- lamb braising chops
- 1 clove of garlic (peeled)
- 1 glass of dry white wine
- extra virgin olive oil
- black pepper
In a frying pan brown the garlic in 3 table spoons of olive oil and then remove it.
Add the lamb’s chops together with some rosemary, salt and freshly grated black pepper. Let them brown thoroughly and then set everything in a baking pan.
Cook in a preheated oven at 250° for 15 minutes then add the wine and more rosemary.
Cover with kitchen foil and cook in oven at 150° for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
