- 300g of strong white flour
- 1 tea spoon of dry yeast
- 1 tea spoon of salt
- 20ml of extra virgin olive oil
- 190ml of warm water
- rosemary (optional)
- additional extravirgin olive oil
For the dough put flour, yeast, salt, olive oil in a bowl.
Using your hands and adding slowly the water mix all the ingredients together until you obtain a soft and smooth dough (if too dry add more water, if too sticky add more flour).
Lay it (stretching it a little) on a baking oven tray covered with a drizzle of olive oil and drizzle also your dough with the same oil.
Cover with a dump tea towel and leave it raise for just 30 minutes. Then with your hands stretch the dough again and cover it with more olive oil, few pinches of salt and the rosemary.
Bake at 190° for 20 – 30 minutes or until golden brown.
