This incredibly easy recipe is the perfect way to make a very tasty and light chicken.
Its delicate flavour will be very much appreciated and loved, I promise!

  • 1 chicken drumsticks or thighs
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 clove of garlic (peeled)
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • rosemary
  • salt and pepper

In a frying pan brown the garlic in 4 table spoons of olive oil and then remove it.
Place the chicken in the frying pan together with the rosemary and let it cook for several minutes. When brown half cover it with hot water and the juice of the two lemons.
Cover and allow cooking until the water is completely evaporated, remember to turn it at least once and adjust with salt and pepper.
Serve hot.
