Very easy to make this recipe is ideal for all the family.
Beef Stew with tomatoes will make the meet incredibly soft and will be loved especially from your children!

Every 4 people

  • 1 kg of diced beef
  • 2 cans of tomato plums (300g each)
  • 1 stock cube (vegetables)
  • 20g of butter
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

In a frying pan brown the beef in the butter and 2 table spoons of olive oil.
Make the tomatoes plum smother with a mixer and add them to the beef together with the stock cube.
Adjust with salt and pepper and cover.
Cook at low heat for 60 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
