Almonds and chocolate are just the best combination for a great cake! Ideal for every occasion you want to treat the people you love.
- 70g of plain flour
- 100g of almonds
- 150g of butter
- 100g of icing sugar
- 5 eggs
- 150g bar of dark chocolate
- Baking powder
Thinly chop the almonds and mix them with the icing sugar, the melted butter and the 5 eggs’ yolks.
Add the flour, the baking powder and the melted chocolate.
Whip the eggs ‘whites and slowly mix them thoroughly to the others ingredients.
Pour everything in a baking pan covered with baking paper and bake at 180° for 25 minutes.
